What Are Your Rates?
$185 / hour (50 min) / individual session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots. Please contact for availability. Sliding scale slots usually fill up quickly. Update: As of November 2022, my current sliding slots are filled. Please refer to Open Path for therapy offering a reduced fee.
Do You Take Insurance?
I currently do not work with any insurance companies at this time. A Superbill can and will be provided at your request. It is highly recommended that you verify your out-of-network benefits prior to the start of therapy for possible insurance reimbursement.
What To Expect During The First Appointment?
Together we will collaborate on goals for therapy and create a safe environment that supports you on your healing journey. I encourage clients to ask questions, provide feedback, and offer any personal preferences. This is key in developing the foundation for a therapeutic relationship that is rooted in respect and choice.
How Do I Get Started?
If you are reading this and feel it’s time to make a change, please call or email me for a free 15 minute phone consultation. Always remember that finding a therapist that is a “good fit” for you is essential to the process since therapy is an investment of your time, resources, and relationships. I welcome you on your healing journey.
Can I Have A Good Faith Estimate?
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service. You can also ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Do You Offer In-Person & Online Therapy?
I offer counseling services in-person and from the comfort of your own home. For payment methods, I used a HIPAA compliant, secure app called Ivy Pay and accept credit card, cash, HSA, and FSA cards.
